BUTCH BLUM SUMMER SOLSTICE MENU PREVIEW

In addition to cheese sampling from Beechers Handmade Cheese and organic wine tasting from Badger Mt. Vineyards, Diane from Diane's Market Kitchen will be preparing a special presentation on summertime appetizers at our party, and we thought we'd share a preview of the menu with you! We will be serving:

Fresh French Radish on Macrina Sour Ficelle Baguette with Butter and Truffle Salt

Smoked Salmon Tapenade on Macrina Brioche with Crème Fraiche

Oregon Bay Shrimp on Cucumber Slice

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie a la Diane (Gluten free “poppers”)

Curried Candied Walnuts
