CAMERON'S PICK - JEAN-PAUL GAULTIER

Jean-Paul Gaultier - $345 (also available in black)
This piece is so whimsical - a slightly old-fashioned crochet technique in a completely modern silhouette; slightly cropped, and slightly boxy, perfect to wear over a long black blouse like mine.  This would also be totally fun with white, worn over a skirt as a dressier choice.

CAMERON'S PICK - BY MALENE BIRGER

By Malene Birger - $495
I chose this piece for my pick this week because it's so subtly sexy, with the sheer panel over a deep v neckline, yet it's a really easy silhouette for most women to wear. The fabric has a soft stretch and resists wrinkles really well - an easy way to look your best at all times.

CAMERON'S PICK - TRANSIT LEATHER JACKET

Transit - $1065
This piece is so Transit - the very very soft leather is sewn to four knit panels - two on the sleeves and two on the sides - that provide excellent movement and stretch. The leather itself has literally been washed and shrunk to give it a vintage-y crinkled appearance and a luxurious texture.  It goes with a lot, too...everything from a jean or cotton skirt, to a slim pant.

CAMERON LEVIN FOR JEW-ISH.COM

Our very own in-house designer, stylist, and fashionista Cameron Levin wrote a thoughtful article about sustainable fashion for local website jew-ish.com - a place where people can get together to discuss perspectives on the Jewish world, and the world in general.  She gave us a great shout-out as well as name-dropped two of our favorite sustainable brands, Crossley and Luciano Barbera.

For more info about Mr. Barbera's mill and their standards and practices, check out this article published a couple of years ago in the New York Times.

CAMERON'S PICK - D'EXTERIOR KNIT SKIRT

D'Exterior - $385
I love this new D'Exterior wool skirt. The army olive-green hue complements a variety of my pre-exisiting fall-toned pieces, making it conveniently versatile and the cozy stretch wool is  unexpectedly comfortable and easy-to-wear. Obviously, the stand-out feature is the asymmetrical folds; it's artful and interesting but also great coverage, camouflaging any possible "trouble-areas" with beautiful detail.
