This is a subtle departure on the classic chalkstripe - the color and texture is similar to your dad's old blue flannel, but this time around the fabric has been reinterpreted in silk hopsack.  This gives it an almost unnatural lightness while maintaining a presentably crisp look.  The jacket is styled in the Neapolitan fashion, with a slightly wider lapel, notched high on the shoulder line, and a generous side vent.  Eidos' signature turquoise button graces the lapel as a crowning touch.

Eidos is a mid-priced label launched by the creative minds at Isaia, in conjunction with designer Anthony Ciongoli, formerly of Michael Bastien.  The collection features soft, washed textures - seersucker, denim, canvas, and garment-dyed wool - as well as a traditionally Neapolitan cut.
